Young people are always being told what they can’t do. I’ve spent the last 5+ years telling them what they can do and how they can do it, despite what others say.

I speak (from the chest) on overcoming the odds in life and business, taking insights from my own journey.

How I went from being told I’d never succeed in business to growing an award-winning social media marketing agency and writing a book about entrepreneurship. From being bullied for how I look and speak to delivering talks to thousands of people and hosting my own radio show. And from being a film-loving nerd with zero confidence to interviewing Hollywood stars on the red carpet (even I sometimes wonder how I pulled that one off).

I’ve delivered presentations to young entrepreneurs, spoken at events for business leaders, and educated policymakers on behalf of charities. I’ve also chatted to millions of listeners, viewers and readers on BBC News, BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 2, BBC Radio Sheffield, Capital FM, ABC Australia, Queerly and The Sun newspaper.
